Guests can browse nursery inventory, learn about plant selection and care, and gain insight into permaculture techniques used throughout the property. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Cancelation Policy All visits are by scheduled booking only. To cancel or reschedule your visit, we require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled booking time. Cancellation Terms: 12+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule or receive a full refund. Less Than 12 Hours Notice: Booking fees are non-refundable. No-Shows: Failure to arrive at your scheduled time without notice will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in shortened visit time and are not eligible for refund. Weather Policy: In the event that booking must cancel due to severe weather etc., guests will be offered the option to reschedule or refund in full. 2. Photography & Media Release Participant grants permission for photographs or video taken during the visit to be used for marketing, website, or social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. Photographs and video taken by participants anywhere on the property may be posted to websites and social media with proper backlinks and reference to HoHoFarms.com 3. Digital Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk By booking and entering HoHo Farms, Hogi Gardens, and/or Kigi Nursery (“Farm Entities”), I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that visiting a working farm, nursery, and garden property involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: * Uneven ground, mud, gravel, irrigation lines, and natural terrain * Livestock including parrots and other exotic or domesticated animals * Tools, equipment, farm machinery, and garden structures * Insects, wildlife, and environmental allergens * Weather exposure * Rivers, creeks, ponds, irrigation ditches, and natural water features * Participation in tours, workshops, volunteer activities, and permaculture demonstrations I voluntarily assume all risks associated with entering the property and participating in any activities. I release and hold harmless HoHo Farms, Hogi Gardens, and Kigi Nursery, including owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates, from any liability for injury, illness, death, loss, or property damage to the fullest extent permitted by law. I agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions and to supervise any minors in my care at all times. If booking on behalf of a minor, I accept full responsibility for that minor. I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver and voluntarily give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
