HoHo Farms | Holistic Homestead is a working farm, nursery, botanical garden and outdoor retreat rooted in permaculture principles, land stewardship, and a deep respect for nature. We grow exceptional plants while creating immersive experiences that connect people to the land—through gardens, education, and simple outdoor living.
At the heart of HoHo Farms is a commitment to permaculture design, sustainable growing practices, and regenerative systems. Our gardens and nursery focus on landscape worthy trees, shrubs, and specialty plants grown with healthy soil, minimal inputs, and long-term ecosystem balance in mind. From conifers and Japanese maples to food-producing landscapes, every planting is part of a bigger living system.
HoHo Farms is also home to Hogi Gardens, a demonstration garden that blends beauty, function, and ecological design. Hogi Gardens showcases layered plantings, wildlife habitat, and edible landscapes—serving as both a living classroom and a place of inspiration for gardeners, landowners, and designers.
Beyond the gardens, HoHo Farms embraces camping and outdoor experiences as a way to slow down and reconnect with nature. Whether walking the gardens, playing at the beach, learning about permaculture systems, or spending a quiet night outdoors, visitors are invited to experience the land as it was meant to be—simple, grounded, and alive.
HoHo Farms is more than a farm—it’s a growing community centered on plants, people, and place. We exist to share knowledge, grow strong plants, and cultivate landscapes that last for generations.

Our Vision
The vision of HoHo Farms is to become a living model of regenerative land stewardship—where productive gardens, thriving ecosystems, and meaningful human experiences coexist. We envision a future where farms, gardens, and outdoor spaces are designed with nature, support biodiversity, and encourage people to learn, camp, gather, and grow in harmony with the land.
